It's a one-time purchase. There are no annual or recurring charges — except possibly for
premium maintenance on Site, Enterprise and OEM licenses,
but that's entirely optional.
Is the license perpetual?
Yes. You're buying a perpetual license to the current version of AlwaysUp, with
upgrade rights
to the next major version.
For example, if you purchase AlwaysUp version 17, you can install and run any version 17 or 18 of the software for as long as you like.
However, you wouldn't be able to use version 19 without buying an upgrade.
What happens after I pay for the software?
Within a few minutes, we'll send you an email to thank you for your purchase and to start the online registration process.
Otherwise, if you purchased a Site, Enterprise or OEM license, please get in touch and we'll create a receipt for you.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply request a refund within 30 days. We'll reimburse 100% of what you paid directly to your credit card.
