Is the license perpetual?

Yes. You're buying a perpetual license to the current version of Service Protector, with upgrade rights to the next major version.

For example, if you purchase Service Protector version 10, you can install and run any version 10 or 11 of the software for as long as you like. However, you wouldn't be able to use version 12 without buying an upgrade.
